Ono Ono Udon Noodles -   thick noodles  served in a light broth.  Topped with slices of hard-boiled egg and char siu (Asian pork)

Maui Onion Soup - Our version is made with sauteed, sweet Maui onions in a broth base soup.  Served with sweet Hawaiian bread. 

Split Pea w/ Portuguese sausage - It's the classic soup served with a Tiki Terrace twist.  Seasoned with onions, garlic and paprika. Portuguese sausage is a staple of Hawaii! 

 

Diamond Head Chicken Salad - Tender seasoned chicken breast tossed with mandarin oranges and chow mein noodles and served on a bed of mixed greens. Choice of the hokulea dressing (sweet sesame) or Malahini dressing (peanut oil and vinegar with cane sugar)

Poki Salad - Seared Ahi Tuna served on a bed of mixed greens and opped with chopped macadamia nuts.  Your choice of the hokulea dressing (sweet sesame) or the Malahini dressing (peanut oil and vinegar with cane sugar)

Rapa-Nui Wrap - Diced and seasoned pineapple, bell peppers, sweet onion, and cucumber tossed in extra virgin olive oil and wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Served with a garlic cucumber yogurt

Bora Bora Egg Roll Wrap - Our signature egg rolls topped with rice noodles and  rolled in crisp iceberg lettuce. 

 

Honolulu Coconut Chicken - Boneless chicken breast marinated in coconut creme, breaded with sweet coconut flakes and served on a bed of rice with choice of side.  Excellent with plum sauce! 

Macadamia Nut Chicken - Boneless, tender chicken thigh breaded with chopped macadamia nuts pan fried in evoo!  Served on a bed of rice with our famous garlic shoyu sauce and choice of side.

Toere drum sticks - We slow roast our drum sticks in a teriyaki base over an entire day resulting in a tender, fall-of-da-bone dark meat!

Pali Tonkatsu - Our boneless pork is pounded thin, breaded and lightly fried. Served on a bed of rice with choice of side and tonkatsu dipping sauce  

Broke Da Mout Back Ribs - Fall off the bone tender and smothered with our sweet BBQ sauce.  Served on a bed of rice with choice of side

Kohala Steak - a 10 oz strip steak grilled to order, glazed with a teriyaki and served with grilled pineapple, rice, and choice of side

Loco Moco - A true local dish of Hawaii!  Two ¼ lb burgers are grilled and served on large bed of rice.  Then we top the burgers with two fried eggs and smother with a rich gravy. 

Killer Kalbi - Classic Hawaiian style kalbi featuring marinated and grilled short ribs served on a bed of rice and choice of side.

Ka'anapali Shrimp Pasta - Fettuccine pasta in a med red chili garlic, olive oil  sauce, succulent shrimp and kings Hawaiian bread. Also served vegetarian/without shrimp.

Chicken Long Rice - Another classic dish of Hawaii featuring a mixture of fresh vegetables, sautéed in a chicken/ginger broth, rice noodles and boneless seasoned chicken breast.  Served with King's Hawaiian bread.  Also can be prepared as a vegetarian dish.
