Wipe down face of ovens
open worktop cooler with butter and organize inside and on top
Remove white cutting board and clean
Clean Grill and turn off
Clean all surfaces
Make sure sinks are clear and wiped out
Fryer and Flat top Station
Turn Fryers OFF
un plug rice pots
un plug heat bar
un plug hot box
Clean off surfaces/dishes cleared
Clean Flat top
Clean inside of sauce fridge
Put all sauces away
organize clean freezer
Clean face of deep fryers
Steam Table/ CALL area
Turn OFF steam table
empty top food out
Fill with clean water/put lids on
Clean on top of shelf above heat bar
Make sure stacks are nice under steam table
EXPO Area
Turn OFF unplug steam table
clean out steam table
Turn OFF heat lamp
Put FLOWERS away
Clean on top of heat lamp shelf/organize
Dish/Floors/Final
Floors swept
Garbage taken out
Floors mopped
Garbage cans re-lined
Rags collected and soaked in bleach water
Equipment all OFF
Dishwasher is turned OFF
Dish are all put away
Cleaned both screens in dish machine
Garbage bags put away under sink
Dish machine wiped down and squeegeed/wiped off
Names of closers including dish
